The CRM built inside a home-service company.

Leads, jobs, messages, invoices and estimates in one place — built and battle-tested by a cleaning company running 1,000+ jobs a month, not by a software vendor guessing.

Web, tablet and Mac today. iOS app coming. Invite-only during beta — request access and we set up your workspace.

The six pillars

Everything from first call to paid invoice.

One system, one contact record. Capture the lead, book the job, talk to the customer, quote the work, get paid, and let the follow-up run itself.

Capture · Leads

Every lead lands on a Pipedrive-style board.

New enquiries arrive on a kanban board your team already understands — drag a card right and the deal moves forward.

  • Kanban pipelines
  • Drag between stages
  • My leads / All leads
  • CSV export
  • Auto-creates the contact

Book · Jobs

Turn a lead into a scheduled job in one tap.

Schedule it, reschedule it, complete it or cancel it — and set it to repeat for the customers who book you every week.

  • Scheduled / rescheduling / completed / canceled
  • Recurring jobs, weekly to quarterly
  • Auto-books days in advance
  • Links to the contact

Talk · Messages

iMessage-style texting and email in one thread.

Your whole team works one inbox. Every text and email with a customer sits in the same conversation, on the same contact.

  • SMS ↔ email toggle per conversation
  • Send later
  • Flagged keywords auto-flag
  • All / unread / flagged

Quote · Estimates

Good / better / best options your customer approves online.

Send one estimate with several options, let the customer pick, and get a timestamped approval without a phone call.

  • Multi-option estimates
  • Item library
  • Public approval portal
  • Estimate portal branding

Get paid · Invoices

Card, cash, check, Zelle — recorded in one ledger.

However the money arrives, it lands on the invoice and on the customer's record, so the books match reality.

  • Stripe card payments
  • Saved cards
  • Record payment modal
  • Send by SMS or email
  • Overdue and partial tracking

Automate · Automations

Trigger → conditions → delay → action.

Build the follow-up once and stop chasing it. Every automation respects a delivery window, so nothing goes out at 2am.

  • Lead created, job booked, invoice paid / overdue
  • SMS, email, Slack, Discord
  • Google Calendar, Sheets, QuickBooks, Zapier
  • Delivery windows

How it works

Live on Cache in an afternoon.

No implementation consultant, no six-week onboarding. Bring your customer list, work the board, watch the numbers.

  1. Step 1

    Import your customers

Upload a CSV and map your columns to Cache fields — including a ready-made mapping for a Workiz export. Contacts, leads and jobs all import.

  2. Step 2

    Work the board

Leads become jobs, jobs become invoices. The contact is the single source of truth, so every message, estimate and payment hangs off one record.

  3. Step 3

    Watch the dashboard

Revenue, active jobs, new leads, conversion rate, MRR and new MRR, active recurring clients, collected vs outstanding, and a leaderboard by team member.

Desktop app

Now on the Mac, too.

The same board, inbox and invoices you run in the browser — as a native Mac app with a dock icon and desktop notifications. Signed with Apple Developer ID and notarized.

Compare

Why not GoHighLevel or Workiz?

Both are real products and both do things well. Cache is narrower on purpose: it runs a recurring home-service business end to end, because that is the business it was built inside.

Built by operators

We wrote this to run our own company.

Cache is built by the team at SoCal Cleaner, LLC. It exists because we ran the business on a stack of tools that never quite fit: one app for the schedule, another for texting, a spreadsheet for recurring revenue, and a customer record that was different in all three.

So the first customer is us. Every feature ships into a company doing roughly 1,000 jobs and 1,000 invoices a month, and it either survives the week or it gets rewritten. The recurring-revenue math on the dashboard exists because we needed to know our MRR. The flagged-keyword rules exist because an unhappy text buried in a busy inbox costs a client. The multi-option estimate portal exists because customers approve faster when they can choose.

That is the whole pitch. Not a demo built for a sales call — the software a home-service company actually runs on, opened up for other operators. We do not publish customer counts, star ratings or logo walls we have not earned.

What a demo looks like

Thirty minutes, screen shared, your business on the screen — not a canned deck. Bring a real week of jobs and we will show you how it would run in Cache.
