SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 9, 2026 · Version v2026-09-09 · Last updated: September 9, 2026

These terms govern the Cache CRM Alerts text messaging program, operated by Cache CRM (a product of SoCal Cleaner, LLC). By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Program name

Cache CRM Alerts.

2. Program description

Cache CRM Alerts sends text messages in two situations.

If you contacted Cache directly — for example by requesting a demo at cachecrm.com — we may text you about:

If you are a customer of a business that uses Cache — a cleaning company, HVAC contractor, landscaper or similar — that business sends messages to you through Cache. Those messages relate to the service you asked them for, and may include:

In that second case the business you hired is the sender and is responsible for the content of its messages and for the consent it collected from you. Cache provides the software that transmits them.

3. How to opt in

You can join the program in any of the following ways:

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy anything from us or from a business using Cache.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are transactional and are sent in response to your activity — a demo request, a booked appointment, an estimate, an invoice — so the number you receive depends on how often you interact with us or with the business you hired.

4.1 When messages are sent

Automated and scheduled messages are sent only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the local time zone of the business sending them. A person replying to you by hand from the business's inbox may reply at any time.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Cache does not charge you for receiving these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent and received, depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

6. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation message. After that confirmation, no further messages will be sent to that number from that program unless you opt in again.

The keywords STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT are all honored, and we also honor opt-out signals your carrier reports to us. If you opted in to messages from a business that uses Cache, replying STOP stops that business's messages to your number — across every number that business sends from, not only the one you replied to. Reply START to opt back in. You can also opt out at any time by emailing support@cachecrm.com, or by asking the business directly.

Opt-out records are kept indefinitely, so that a number that asked not to be contacted stays suppressed.

7. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@cachecrm.com. Replying HELP returns the program name and our contact information.

8. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by Cache. Networks may delay, filter, block or fail to deliver messages for reasons outside our control.

9. Supported carriers

The program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile (including Metro by T-Mobile), UScellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Google Fi, Consumer Cellular, Mint Mobile and Visible, as well as many regional and prepaid carriers that participate in U.S. application-to-person messaging. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier support may change, and we cannot guarantee delivery on every network.

10. Eligibility and your number

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized user of, the mobile number you provide. Do not enter someone else's number. If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us so that messages do not reach the person who receives it next.

11. Privacy

Your mobile number and your opt-in consent are used only to deliver the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number with our messaging provider (Twilio) solely to transmit these messages. See the Privacy Policy, and in particular the section titled “Mobile Information and SMS Consent”, for the full detail.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at cachecrm.com/sms-terms with its effective date. Material changes to the program will be communicated before they take effect.
